360 for PTSD, another condition with high unmet need. Our goal is to advance treatments that move the field of psychiatry towards treatment options that offer rapid onset and sustained durability with infrequent dosing.

The Senior Manager, Sales Training will play a critical role in preparing and enabling Compass Pathways’ field-facing teams for the successful launch and commercialization of COMP
360 and future therapies. This leader will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive Sales Training strategy that ensures field stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to engage effectively with healthcare providers across complex treatment settings.
This role will lead the development of training content, field readiness programs, e.g. Initial Sales Training, launch and national meeting training plans, and ongoing capability development as the organization grows. The Senior Manager will work closely with the Director of Commercial Training, Sales Leadership, Patient Engagement, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and external partners to deliver integrated, compliant, and high-impact training experiences.
A strong understanding of interventional psychiatry, including treatment models, site-of-care dynamics, and referral pathways, is a significant advantage for this role.
Location: Hybrid in our New York City office or remote on the East Coast in the United States.Reports to: Director, Commercial Training.
Roles and responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
- Develop and execute Sales Training strategies to support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases for COMP
360 and future assets. The target audience for these trainings will include Sales, Sales Management, and other commercial personnel - Strategically collaborate with internal and external training partners and field-facing stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and other customer-facing roles
- Design and deliver launch training programs including onboarding curricula, national and regional meeting training content, and ongoing reinforcement plans
- Own the creation of role-specific capability development, training content, and curricula for Sales. Ensure alignment with product related content including disease state, product, customer engagement, and compliance
- Partner with Marketing and Medical Affairs to ensure training content is accurate, aligned, and compliant with regulatory and promotional guidelines
- Develop sufficient competency with complex scientific, clinical, and operational concepts and translate them into clear, actionable training materials for diverse field roles
