- Lead the strategic transformation of proactive work execution as part of the broader Wind Services transformation
- Develop work bundling and optimization strategies driving $50M+ in annual productivity
- Lead execution of proactive work across a global fleet of 24,000+ wind turbines, including planned maintenance, fleet programs, and RCA corrective actions
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time while maintaining quality, compliance, and field execution standards
- Partner with Engineering to define, maintain, and improve best-in-class maintenance practices
- Maximize fleet availability through maintenance planning, quality oversight, and process improvement
- Collaborate with the Services Product Line team to develop and deploy fleet improvement strategies
- Support work bundling initiatives to reduce turbine climbs and improve maintenance efficiency
- Monitor maintenance performance metrics and drive corrective actions
- Identify execution gaps, process issues, and improvement opportunities, leading cross-functional resolution
- Standardize maintenance processes across the fleet
- Contribute to safety, quality, reliability, and productivity initiatives
- Build relationships across Services, Engineering, Operations, and Product Line teams
- Enable stronger financial outcomes through self-perform optimization, bundled maintenance strategies, and pricing standardization
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or related technical discipline
- Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in operations, project management, quality, or systems engineering
- Ability and willingness to travel globally 25% of the time
- Contractor management experience
- Experience leading and influencing diverse teams
- Ability to drive strategy and operational improvements
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
- Master's degree preferred
