Global Maintenance and Performance Improvement Leader Job New York New York USA,Management

Lead the strategic transformation of proactive work execution as part of the broader Wind Services transformation
Develop work bundling and optimization strategies driving $50M+ in annual productivity
Lead execution of proactive work across a global fleet of 24,000+ wind turbines, including planned maintenance, fleet programs, and RCA corrective actions
Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time while maintaining quality, compliance, and field execution standards
Partner with Engineering to define, maintain, and improve best-in-class maintenance practices
Maximize fleet availability through maintenance planning, quality oversight, and process improvement
Collaborate with the Services Product Line team to develop and deploy fleet improvement strategies
Support work bundling initiatives to reduce turbine climbs and improve maintenance efficiency
Monitor maintenance performance metrics and drive corrective actions
Identify execution gaps, process issues, and improvement opportunities, leading cross-functional resolution
Standardize maintenance processes across the fleet
Contribute to safety, quality, reliability, and productivity initiatives
Build relationships across Services, Engineering, Operations, and Product Line teams
Enable stronger financial outcomes through self-perform optimization, bundled maintenance strategies, and pricing standardization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or related technical discipline
Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in operations, project management, quality, or systems engineering
Ability and willingness to travel globally 25% of the time
Contractor management experience
Experience leading and influencing diverse teams
Ability to drive strategy and operational improvements
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
Master's degree preferred
