- Able to mentor professionals and elevate performance without micromanagement
- Ethical, accountable, and long-term focused
- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers / Brokers
- Set clear expectations, performance standards, and professional guidelines
- Monitor deal quality, compliance, and execution consistency
- Support team members in structuring complex financing scenarios
- Ensure alignment between team activity, company standards, and client trust
