Capital Markets Portfolio Manager

Lead and build out a high-performing Portfolio Management Office (PMO) for Markets Technology. This role is responsible for establishing governance, portfolio management, delivery standards, financial oversight, and executive transparency across a complex global technology organization.

This is not a traditional PMO role
. We are seeking a senior leader who has successfully built delivery organizations, can influence at the executive level, navigate complex organizational dynamics, and drive accountability across highly matrixed teams.

Lead and build out a high-performing Portfolio Management Office (PMO) for Markets Technology. This role is responsible for establishing governance, portfolio management, delivery standards, financial oversight, and executive transparency across a complex global technology organization.

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery, PMO, portfolio management, or transformation functions.
• Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or transforming PMO, Portfolio Management, or Delivery Office organizations.
• Strong executive presence with proven experience engaging senior leadership and executive steering committees.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change within complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong experience in financial governance, portfolio planning, investment management, and delivery oversight.
• Capital Markets experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and managing global teams across multiple regions.
