** The Opportunity
** JLL is seeking an overall leader for the New York/Tri-State Region Market. The Market Lead will be accountable for strategic and operational activity including proactive recruiting, overall market growth, new business development, and talent management & development.

The Market Lead will anticipate stakeholder needs while providing support to key clients enabling out performance on key performance indicators. This individual will build the region's financial plans while striving to exceed revenue and profitability goals. This critical role will engage employees and translate the firm's strategy and goals into business opportunities across New York/Tri-State Region.
** RESPONSIBILITIES
* * Lead Market Growth to JLL Potential
* Develops an overarching roadmap which outlines the plan to establish a market leading position across all lines of business throughout New York/Tri-State Region.
* Leads and is accountable for strategic recruiting across all New York/Tri-State markets
* Identifies growth opportunities and creates a plan to achieve success; approach clearly identifies current and future state
* Effectively conveys vision, direction and approach that is clearly understood by all audiences
* Understands the competition & develops pursuit strategies to win
* Holds ultimate accountability for the successful financial performance of all New York/Tri-State Region markets against established financial goals and targets
* Oversees and coordinates strategy across multiple sub-markets Leadership
* Recruits, coaches and develops market leaders, business line leaders, and support staff to reach full potential, dealing effectively with day to day challenges
* Client facing individual who leads by example in sourcing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships at the enterprise and strategic account level
* Strong communicator who continues to build a culture of teamwork, ethics and excellence amongst personnel across New York/Tri-State Region and across JLL
* Fosters integration amongst cross functional teams; a true partner with all Business Line Leaders
* Consistently exceeds in performance targets and takes quick, corrective action when redirection is required
* Ensures alignment and collaboration between sub-market leaders to leverage scale and expertise across the state Management
* P&L responsibility for all New York/Tri-State Region markets (timely and accurate budgets, reforecasts, actual reporting) and expense oversight
* Coordinates operational aspects with regional and national headquarters' resources
* Creates and enhances standardized processes and infrastructure relative to providing superior real estate and business solutions for our clients across the state
* Establishes one, three, and five-year business plans to specifically grow the revenue of all New York/Tri-State Region markets
* Conducts regular business reviews with sub-market leaders to track performance, identify opportunities, and remove barriers to success
* Allocates resources strategically across markets to maximize growth and profitability
