- Lead and oversee technology implementation and consulting projects.
- Manage project resources, milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
- Monitor budgets, project economics, and key performance indicators.
- Mentor and develop high-performing project teams.
- Partner closely with Directors, senior leadership, and client stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners.
- Support business development and long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in technology implementation, consulting, or related areas.
- Proven experience leading transformation projects or programs.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and data migration.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with technology strategy, governance, sourcing, operating models, or project/program management.
- Professional-level English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience leading cross-functional or international teams.
- Experience working with C-suite or senior client stakeholders.
- Japanese language skills.
- Advanced degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- ERP, project management, or related technical certifications.
- Opportunity to lead strategic digital transformation initiatives.
- Work directly with senior executives and client stakeholders.
