Overall PurposeThe Director, Sales Enablement has an exciting opportunity to build a world‑class Sales Enablement team and practice for the Partnerships (Sales) organization at a pivotal stage of growth. As Paze gains momentum as an emerging payments brand and our Sales team expands, this leader will build the team and establish the strategy, operating model, best‑practice disciplines, capabilities, tools, governance, and measurement needed to scale—strengthening seller readiness, elevating field execution, and driving business performance.
This leader will turn go‑to‑market strategy, product positioning, and business priorities into engaging seller experiences, high‑impact programs, practical content and tools, and role‑based learning that helps our teams sell with confidence and deliver against business objectives. Initially focused on establishing and refining the enablement model for Paze, the Director will create a strong foundation that can scale across additional businesses and Sales teams.
Equal parts strategic leader and hands‑on builder, this person will drive momentum, bring disciplined prioritization and cross‑functional influence, and instill a continuous‑improvement mindset into the team.
- Build and scale the function, including its team structure, capabilities, resource model, budget, operating practices, and agency and vendor partnerships.
- Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team; establish clear expectations, differentiate performance, and build capabilities that evolve with business needs.
- Establish clear roles, decision rights, governance, and engagement models across Sales Enablement, Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Partnerships Operations, and external partners.
- Develop disciplined intake, prioritization, project management, launch‑readiness, service‑level, and content‑lifecycle processes that balance strategic programs with priority field and business needs.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning, value propositions, competitive insights, proof points, and go‑to‑market strategies into sales‑ready programs, playbooks, pitch materials, discovery guides, talk tracks, and other role‑specific resources.
- Design and deliver scalable, role‑based onboarding, continuing education, certification, reinforcement, manager coaching, and launch‑readiness programs tailored to partner types, segments, channels, products, seller roles, and stages of the sales cycle.
- Define and optimize the Sales Enablement technology ecosystem—including CRM, content management, learning, analytics, collaboration, and AI‑enabled capabilities—to improve seller preparation, personalization, coaching, content discovery, workflow efficiency, and insight generation.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Partnerships Operations to embed enablement into seller workflows, reduce process friction, and support priority business initiatives, product launches, and strategic sales opportunities.
