Store Director - Bloomingdales

Summary

The Store Director will lead the Bloomingdales Saint Laurent team to drive brand engagement, customer loyalty, and sales performance. You will recruit, develop and retain retail talent while fostering a compliant, high-performance store culture. The role is accountable for achieving quantitative and qualitative business goals and ensuring operational and merchandising standards are met.

• Ensure professional growth and training of staff through coaching and development
• Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and drive achievement of KPIs
• Analyze results and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational activities
• Demonstrate sales leadership by actively supporting the selling floor
• Maintain high sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty
• Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, HR, sustainability, and internal processes
• Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand

• Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
• 4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
• Experience managing a team of at least 10
• Adaptability, openness, risk taking, strong listening skills, and curiosity
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
