Vice President of Restaurant Operations isaseniorleaderresponsiblefordrivingoperationalexcellence,scaling performance,andbuildingtheinfrastructurerequiredforNAYA’snextphaseofgrowth.

Thisrolepartnerscloselywithcross-functionalleaderstotranslatestrategyintoconsistent,high-performingrestaurantexecutionacrossallmarkets.

Thisleaderwillownfieldoperations,marketexpansionreadiness,andthedevelopmentofastrong,people-firstculturethatdeliversexceptionalguestexperienceswhiledrivingprofitablegrowth.

• Translatecompanystrategyintoclear,executableoperationalplansacrossallrestaurantsandmarkets
• Driveconsistentimprovementinkeyperformancemetrics:sales,transactions,labor productivity,foodcost,andstore-level profitability
• Establishandreinforceoperatingstandardsthatensureconsistency,efficiency,and scalability
• Build systems,routines,andaccountabilitystructuresthatelevateexecutionacross

• Buildregionalleadershipstructurestosupportmulti-market growth(Market Directors,Area Managers)
• Identifyrisksandopportunitiesinnewandexistingmarkets,adjustingstrategyaccordingly

• Ensureconsistentdeliveryofahigh-quality,hospitality-drivenguestexperienceacrossalllocations
• Championinitiativesthatenhancespeed,accuracy,food quality,andoverallguestsatisfaction
• Partner with Marketing and Culinarytobringbrandandmenuinitiativestolifeinrestaurants
• Leverageguestfeedbackandoperationaldatatocontinuouslyimprovetheexperience

• Build,develop,andleadahigh-performingfieldorganizationrootedinNAYA’svalues
• Createclearexpectations,coaching rhythms,andaccountabilityacrossalllevelsofoperations
• Partner with People&Culturetostrengthenhiring,onboarding,training,andretentionstrategies
