Williams Auto Group is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our TEAM as a Parts Manager. This leadership position plays a key role in the success of our Automotive Dealership by overseeing daily Parts Department operations, inventory management, team development, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the Automotive Parts Department
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee parts ordering processes
  • Monitor department productivity, profitability, and operational goals
  • Lead, train, and support Parts Department staff
  • Work closely with the Service Department and Automotive technicians to ensure timely parts availability
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and manufacturer representatives
  • Utilize Dealership software and inventory systems for daily operations and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and Dealership policies
  • Assist with budgeting, reporting, and department forecasting

    Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Automotive work environment
  • Participate in management meetings and ongoing Automotive training programs
  • Support overall Dealership operations and complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous Automotive Parts or Dealership management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Automotive inventory systems and dealership software programs
  • Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced Dealership environment
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze reports, inventory trends, and department performance
  • Valid Driver's License required
