- – Manage CCC grantmaking processes and operations, including budget coordination, systems management, data accuracy, reporting, and compliance adherence
- – Coordinate with CWF departments and staff to streamline CCC operations and serve as the budgeting, grantmaking, and reporting liaison
- – Track progress of the team’s annual milestone calendar, develop program presentation materials, co‑design and facilitate CCC team meetings and retreats, and develop an internal learning agenda
- – Manage and execute grantee learning events, engagement, CCC grantee‑funder convenings, and other strategic knowledge‑sharing activities, including agenda design, facilitation, and logistics coordination
- – Take a leadership role in shaping a positive team culture, fostering collaboration and inclusivity, modeling desired behaviors, encouraging open communication, and ensuring team members feel valued
- – Support internal team needs and ensure effective dissemination of lessons learned and insights to grantees, sector practitioners, and the broader philanthropic community
- – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- – At least 6 years of experience in project management roles
- – Demonstrated history of solution‑oriented project management, ability to initiate and manage multiple simultaneous projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively with minimal supervision
- – Process‑oriented mindset with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- – Experience designing and leading meetings or convening planning processes
- – Strong personal and interpersonal communication skills, including effective presentation and response to partner/colleague inquiries
- – Commitment to the mission and values of Climate Works Foundation
- – Flexibility, adaptability, and proactiveness in a dynamic work environment
- – Ability to participate in periodic early morning or evening calls for international partners
- – Preferred: familiarity or experience in the non‑profit sector or philanthropy
- – Preferred: experience managing/tracking budgets
- – Preferred: familiarity or experience with grants management and process improvement systems
- – Preferred: strong written and oral communication skills
- – Preferred: experience creating and managing processes that produce high‑quality materials and products
- – Preferred: ability and willingness to travel as needed, including international travel
