The East Retail Regional Director leads the regional boutique network, driving business results, operational excellence, and an exceptional client experience. The role develops boutique leaders and teams while building a collaborative, accountable culture.
Responsibilities- Manage regional KPIs, sales budgets, diversification targets, and operational standards.
- Build boutique business plans and support execution through visits, communication, and partnership with boutique managers.
- Coach and develop boutique managers and their teams, and identify opportunities to elevate clienteling.
- Manage regional P&L and expenses, oversee operational policies, and ensure loss prevention practices are followed.
- Partner with the VP and Human Resources on staffing and development, and complete special projects.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of multi-store retail management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a P&L.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Affinity for luxury goods; watch and jewelry experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel extensively, approximately 80%, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP is preferred.
