A leading healthcare advertising agency is hiring a Senior Project Manager to support their dynamic team. Our client specializes in healthcare marketing services. This is a contract role until the end of the year and offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex pharmaceutical projects. EST candidates preferred.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead healthcare marketing and pharmaceutical promotion projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope compliance, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with management and account teams to set project goals, schedules, staffing, and resource needs, utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Oversee project documentation, quality standards, and ensure process adherence throughout project execution.
  • Develop estimates, forecasts, and resource plans while managing scope changes and financial performance.
  • Facilitate communication with internal teams and clients, building strong stakeholder relationships and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
Senior Project Manager

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare advertising.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting healthcare professional and direct-to-consumer marketing, with familiarity of pharmaceutical promotional guidelines preferred.
