As the Vice President in our Global Alternative Investments Order Management team, where you’ll lead a high-performing group responsible for delivering a best-in-class client and execution experience across the Private Bank, Chase Wealth Management, and JPMA client segments. This is a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of alternative investments, operational excellence, and business growth, supporting a platform that continues to expand in scope, scale, and complexity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal teams, including compliance, legal, structuring, sales and operations, to drive initiatives that support business development and investment strategies through cross-functional collaboration
  • Assist in defining and implementing the strategic vision for the global alternative investments order management function, aligning with the broader goals of J.P. Morgan's Private Bank and Wealth businesses by providing strategic leadership and BAU execution
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to guide strategic decisions and product innovation through industry expertise
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, hedge/private equity funds, and fund administrators to enhance our market position by focusing on investor relations
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration to support team development and global alignment

  • Proven track record of leading teams with excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to define, lead and execute strategic initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years of experience in alternative investments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence and engage with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Experience working in a global context, with an understanding of diverse markets and regulatory environments
