The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The COO will oversee day-to-day operations across sourcing, supply chain, logistics, and customer delivery to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability. This role will partner closely with the executive leadership team to refine and execute business strategies, drive operational excellence, and align resources with company growth objectives.

The COO will manage cross-functional teams, establish performance metrics, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies. The position also involves budget oversight, risk management, and the implementation of technology-enabled solutions to support sustainable, data-driven operations.

• Strong business planning and strategic leadership skills, with experience in scaling operations and developing long-term growth plans.
• Proven expertise in operations management, including process optimization, supply chain management, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, measure performance, and make informed decisions that improve operational outcomes.
• Solid foundation in finance and budgeting, with the ability to manage P&L, allocate resources effectively, and drive cost efficiencies.
• Experience in technology-driven platforms, e-commerce, or global sourcing environments is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
• Track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
