Clay is seeking a Manager, GTM Engineering - Seller Efficiency to build and lead the team that makes our sales organization faster, smarter, and more effective. You’ll stay technically hands-on while setting direction and mentoring engineers who own outcomes.
You’ll partner with our Head of Sales to translate messy business problems into crisp technical roadmaps, hire and grow 3–5 GTM Engineers, and ship scalable automations that connect systems and improve revenue.
