Ingredient Research Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and validation of raw materials such as tea, dairy products, and fruits in accordance with the company's R&D plan and market demand;
• Participated in raw material evaluation, supplier development, and technical communication, and assisted in establishing the supply chain system;
• Responsible for the technical transformation from pilot scale to mass production, and supporting the implementation and training of factory processes.

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, or related fields;
• Familiar with the characteristics and processing technologies of raw materials such as tea, dairy products, and fruit juices;
• More than 3 years of experience in food / beverage R&D, with capabilities in formula design, sensory evaluation, and process optimization;
• Has XFN collaboration and project management capabilities, and can independently complete the entire process from development to implementation;
• Those with experience in supply chain management, raw material import, or factory collaboration are preferred.
