• $3,500 sign-on bonus

• Training Rate: $38.05/hr (Day) | $39.30/hr (Night)
• Certified Rate: $39.21/hr (Day) | $40.46/hr (Night)
• $3,500 sign-on bonus

• Training:
  Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Rotating: 3 On / 3 Off, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) may be available by seniority

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, 480V high-voltage circuits, motors, gears, and bearings.
• Maintain and optimize pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems.
• Execute precision alignment, predictive maintenance, balancing, welding, and pipe fitting.
• Use SAP for work orders, inventory, and trend analysis.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and man lifts safely.

• Strong experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems (480V).
• Skilled in pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyor systems, motors, gears, and bearings.
• Ability to work in a team, follow safety protocols, and multitask effectively.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain forklift certification
