Job Title:
Production & Sourcing Manager - Beauty and Packaging
We are seeking a hands‑on Production & Sourcing Manager to own sourcing and production across beauty category, with a strong focus on packaging.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end production and sourcing cosmetic bags, beauty accessories, spa tools, and gift sets
- Communicate directly with overseas factories (China-focused) on costing, sampling, packaging, and timelines
- Track all samples, approvals, POs, production schedules, and shipments
- Partner with design, sales, and internal teams to ensure feasibility and on-time delivery
- Proactively follow up, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects moving
- 3–7+ years of production & sourcing experience (beauty accessories, cosmetic bags, travel accessories preferred)
- Strong experience working with overseas factories (WeChat required)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple programs simultaneously
- Packaging experience strongly preferred
Salary $100,000
