What You'll Be Doing
* Operate pit equipment safely and efficiently to support production
* Perform pre‑shift inspections and basic equipment housekeeping
* Monitor material flow and communicate with team members to maintain productivity
* Assist with pit-area cleanup and general operational support
* Follow all safety policies and contribute to a strong safety-first culture

* Ability to operate or learn to operate pit equipment safely and effectively
* Strong commitment to safe work practices and adherence to procedures
* Capability to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced industrial environment
* Team-oriented mindset with reliable communication and collaboration skills
* Positive attitude, adaptability, and sound situational awareness
Conditions of Employment
* Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
* Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
