CP Brands Group is seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Apparel Production and Sourcing Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for the entire production process of each of the orders and delivered on time. This is a full‑time position based in our NY Office.

Production Responsibilities
  • Have strong understanding of cost implications associated with design changes and advise design team accordingly while costing out product. Needs to be well versed in garment construction, cost of different fabrications, etc.
  • Handle all quality and construction approvals for GWPs and Accessories.
  • Handle packaging approvals as needed, analyzing with a critical eye
  • Partner with design on any concerns regarding paper weight, printing, color, etc.
  • Analyze tech packs and address issues with design team – with color, construction, etc – be able to think critically and help problem solve
  • Responsible for handling the sales worksheets as needed. Negotiating with factories, and sending pricing and margins for each worksheet to the sales and management teams for approval
  • Proactively handle delivery extensions and shortages
  • Cross check PO’s ticketing for factories
  • Track and Manage WIP report from the factory
  • Handle all delegated tasks from sourcing/production team
  • Manage fabric library – cut and add new fabrics (sent from both factories and the design team) and file them into a booklet with notes.
  • Once we received a bulk fabric quality to approve for production, work with Design and send approval comments back to the factory.
Qualifications
  • 7 years experience
  • Must have a background in apparel category – Knits and Wovens
  • Excellent communication, multi‑tasking, organizational, time management, critical thinking, problem solving and follow‑up skills.
