Continuous Improvement Manager w/ National Leader in Electronics Manufacturing

Our client, a top‑tier Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their high‑performance team. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact leadership role driving efficiency, operational excellence, and Lean transformation across the full value stream — from order entry through supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics or manufacturing focus)
    or equivalent experience/training
  • 3–5 years in electronics manufacturing + Lean environments
  • 5+ years leading technical or operational CI initiatives
  • Demonstrated success leading kaizen events with measurable and sustained impact
  • Advanced skill with Lean tools: VSM, PDCA, SMED, Kanban, 5S, Poka Yoke, Standard Work, 3P, TPM, and transactional CI
  • Strong analytical, project management, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and change‑management skills in a matrixed environment
  • Hands‑on, collaborative leadership style with a willingness to engage directly on the floor
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident or otherwise eligible under INA requirements
