Our client, a top‑tier Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their high‑performance team. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics or manufacturing focus)
or equivalent experience/training - 3–5 years in electronics manufacturing + Lean environments
- 5+ years leading technical or operational CI initiatives
- Demonstrated success leading kaizen events with measurable and sustained impact
- Advanced skill with Lean tools: VSM, PDCA, SMED, Kanban, 5S, Poka Yoke, Standard Work, 3P, TPM, and transactional CI
- Strong analytical, project management, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities
- Excellent communication, coaching, and change‑management skills in a matrixed environment
- Hands‑on, collaborative leadership style with a willingness to engage directly on the floor
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident or otherwise eligible under INA requirements
