Our client, a leader in the design and manufacture of custom electronic components for the radio frequency market, is seeking a Soldering Technician/Assembler to join their team on a  
** Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
** schedule.  As a Soldering Technician/Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting various assembly projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform electronic assembly and soldering tasks with precision.

+ Utilize small hand tools to assemble detailed electronic components.

+ Interpret CAD drawings and follow work instructions accurately.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency in production.

+ Participate in cross-training opportunities to expand technical skills.

** What's Needed?*
* + Previous soldering experience and electronics assembly is a must-have.

+ Ability to interpret CAD drawings and follow detailed work instructions.

+ Comfortable using small hand tools and working with intricate electronic assemblies.

+ Strong desire to learn and take on increased technical responsibilities.

+ Punctuality and reliability in attendance are essential.
