Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department, supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Medina, NY
Pay Range: $17.50 - $19.25 (depending on experience)
Shift: 2nd shift
What's the Job?
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production processes
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues
- Document production data accurately for quality control
What's Needed?
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- GED or High School Diploma (REQUIRED)
- Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Good communication and teamwork skills
