Production Operator

Our client, a leading plastics manufacturer, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join their team as Production Operators. Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Hoosick Falls, NY

Pay Range: $18-$19/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift Positions (Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11pm), 3rd Shift Position (Sun-Thurs 10:30pm-7am)
Must Train on 1st shift (M-F 6:30am-3pm for up to 90 days)

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor plastic manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
