• Perform in-process and final inspections of electronic assemblies and mechanical components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Conduct dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Inspect PCB assemblies, solder joints, wiring, and harnesses to IPC standards (IPC-A-610 preferred).
• Verify mechanical tolerances, surface finishes, and part conformity.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.
• Identify non-conforming materials and initiate corrective action reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar).
