Your day-to-day as a Production Supervisor:

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to achieve operational goals.
• Assign tasks and provide hands‑on support to production teams.
• Implement and uphold safety protocols and equipment maintenance standards.
• Monitor production metrics and report on key performance indicators.

Your skills and experience:

• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Familiarity with quality control and process improvement practices.
