Job Description

The responsibilities of this position may include sanitation, assembly line work or the operation of the machines in our food manufacturing facility.

• 3rd Shift: 8:30pm-7am, Sunday - Wednesday

• Remove bulk glass from pallet onto a conveyor belt; size of pallets varies from jar size.
• Apply dog bones to jars in trays and inspect label and jars for damages.
• Put boxes or trays on mezzanine above production floor for case packer.
• Help prep fresh ingredients when available.
• May work in filling room adding produce to jars for certain products.
• Make boxes for production when needed.
• Feed trays or boxes to case packer when needed.
• Rework jars with bad labels.
• Assist in pushing jars upstream on a conveyor belt.
• Job responsibilities may vary depending on production.

• Heavy Lifting:
  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• Standing for Long Periods:
  Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
• Repetitive Motion:
  Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Manual Dexterity:
  Use of hands and fingers for gripping, handling, or assembling small parts.
• Climbing:
  Ability to safely climb ladders or stairs as required for accessing work areas.
• Squatting/Kneeling:
  Must be able to squat or kneel to work at lower levels or to inspect equipment.
• Pushing/Pulling:
  Ability to push or pull heavy materials or carts within the manufacturing environment.
• Balance and Coordination:
  Must maintain balance while working on uneven surfaces or elevated platforms.
• Flexible in a fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Strong and efficient work ethic.
• Ability to learn quickly and retain new information.
• Warehouse/Production experience - preferred.

$17.00 per hour + Night Differential.
