Location: New York
Grandaisy bakery is hiring two experienced, hard-working bakers to help with the production of our award-winning bread at our Tri Be Ca location. We are hiring full-time and part-time bakers. The position is ideal for anyone looking to further his/her career in the NYC baking scene.
Qualifications- Must have five to seven (5-7) years of experience baking high volumes of bread
- Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Must be able to mix, shape and bake Artisanal Italian bread.
- Must have excellent organization and communication skills
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- NYC DHMH food protection certificate a plus, but not required
- Mixing ingredients in a mixer
- Shaping bread
- Loading, baking and cleaning ovens
- Helping other bakers maintain a clean and organized bakery environment
$17 - $20 per hour
