Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Lamination Machine Operator Assistant to join our dynamic flexographic packaging team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the production process by supporting the Lead Operator in the setup, operation, and cleanup of high-speed lamination machinery. Your daily responsibilities will include preparing raw materials, staging adhesive and film rolls, and ensuring that all components meet our strict quality specifications before they enter the production cycle.

A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. You will be responsible for monitoring the machine during runs to ensure proper alignment and bond strength, as well as performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as directed. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the physical stamina to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

Up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

Skills

Perform machine set up, calibration and maintenance
Basic mechanical aptitude
Inspect quality and defects of products
Load, unload materials & equipment
Inspect material supplies and inventory

Dress Code

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
