Overview

Tekberry is seeking a Logistics Technician I to support operations within a fast-paced production and distribution environment. This role is responsible for executing a variety of material handling and logistics functions that support production, repair, development, and non-production activities.

Key Responsibilities

Material Handling & Operations

• Perform material delivery to production and operational areas

• Execute floor stock replenishment and maintain inventory levels

• Complete kit pulling and material stocking activities

• Support shipping and receiving operations, including packaging and handling

• Operate company vehicles for transportation and delivery tasks

Inventory & Systems Support

• Manage and track inventory through established processes

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts

• Utilize internal business systems and transportation management systems

Equipment Operation

• Safely operate fork trucks, pallet jacks (manual and motorized), and pallet lifters

• Use power tools, hand tools, cranes, and other material handling equipment

• Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or material handling preferred

• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms

• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments

• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and documentation
