Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Schedule:

Monday - Friday with some overtime required

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our team in Honeoye Falls, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. Multiple shifts are available, and we offer competitive pay based on the shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble products and components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment

* Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or schematics

* Inspect parts and finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met

* Maintain a clean and organized work area

* Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

* Assist with packaging and labeling as needed

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED preferred not required

* Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

* Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

* Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime as needed

Shift: $18.50/hour

* 2nd

Shift: $20.35/hour

* 3rd

Shift: $20.35/hour
