What you will enjoy doing
* * You will operate and execute VHP cycles (evacuation, heating, pressing, and cooling)

* Assemble and align precision die sets and load raw materials

* Monitor vacuum integrity and hydraulic pressure throughout runs is part of your role

* Further, you will maintain detailed batch records and equipment logs for quality control

* Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment, and be able to organize and perform housekeeping in the guidelines of 5S

* You will also support operations in other departments and operate equipment, including lathes, cutting and fabrication equipment, chemical refining, and bonding

* Participate in productivity projects to improve efficiency of operations

What makes you great

* You possess a High School Diploma or GED and experience reading and understanding mechanical drawings is preferred

* Three to five (3-5) years of manufacturing experience required

* You should be familiar with vacuum and thermal systems

* Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment is required in this role

* Further strong mathematic skills are required in this role

* You must have the ability to work 2nd shift

* Mechanically inclined is preferred

* You should have proficiency in the use of all common machine shop equipment and tools and measuring devices

* In addition, you must have basic computer and math skills
