Mailroom Machine Operator Responsibilities
· Operate letter inserting equipment, check output for quality. Requires Ability to stand frequently and lift up to 50 pounds.
· Printing large PDF’s and inserting the output into envelopes using mail production equipment, focusing on quality that is line with HIPAA standards.
· Produce mail-pieces using automated inserting technology.
· Operate folding machines, cutter and bindery equipment.
· Operate machines that insert printed matter, such as letters or booklets into envelopes.
· Maintain equipment using provided maintenance schedule.
· Maintain optimal level of productivity.
