* Assembles parts, components, sub-assemblies and assemblies manipulating a variety of hand tools and productionized semi-automatic assembly equipment.
* Basic use of soldering irons and go-no-go gauges
* Responsible for operator verification (OV) and reporting
* Ability to follow work instructions and reference blueprints when necessary
* Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function
* Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams by providing technical feedback and support
* Contribute to the development and improvement of manufacturing procedures
* Follow safety, quality, and process standards to support consistent, repeatable outcomes
* Light lifting of assemblies weighting up to 30lbs
* High School Diploma (or equivalent)
* 5+ years of related experience in electromechanical assembly
* Soldering experience with J-STD endorsement
* Experience working from engineering drawings, schematics, work instructions, and written or verbal guidance
* Basic computer skills
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
* Willing to maintain a high level of productivity without compromising quality standards
* Attitude: has a positive can-do attitude in everyday work. Is able to deal with and support change
* Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (clearances are granted to U.S. citizens)
