Maintenance Manager - Food Manufacturing

Seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead equipment and facility maintenance in a fast-paced food production environment. You'll oversee technicians, improve equipment reliability, and support safe, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Team - Supervise, train, and schedule technicians.
• Maintain Production Equipment - Oversee lines, packaging, utilities, refrigeration, and facility systems.
• Preventive Maintenance - Drive PM/PdM programs to reduce downtime.
• Regulatory Compliance - Ensure GMP, HACCP, FDA, and OSHA adherence.
• Troubleshooting & RCA - Resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Cross-Functional Support - Partner with Production, Quality, and Engineering.
• Inventory & Vendor Management - Manage parts, vendors, and budgets.
• CMMS & KPIs - Maintain records and track uptime/PM metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years maintenance experience in food or industrial manufacturing.
• Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting; PLC troubleshooting (programming a plus).
• Leadership experience managing technicians and PM programs.
• Food-safety knowledge including GMP/HACCP.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Lean/Six Sigma a plus.
