** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate sweeper equipment to clean and maintain plant, yard, and roadway surfaces
* Remove debris, dust, and material buildup to support safe and efficient operations
* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on sweeper equipment
* Follow site safety procedures and report hazards or maintenance needs promptly
* Support general site housekeeping and assist with other operational tasks as needed

*** Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area
* Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
* Solid communication skills and willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
