How You Will Contribute
As an Installer
, you will be responsible for performing the installation of plows, van equipment, aftermarket truck equipment, 12 volt lighting and electrical installations. Installations must be completed according to the goals set by the Production Manager.
- Assemble and install equipment and products under close supervision and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble/install equipment and products.
- Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
- Perform all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Confer with supervisor regarding quality or procedure problems.
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.

- Hourly rates ranging from $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr.

- Good vision, ability to follow oral and written instructions; detail oriented and organized; self‑motivated and able to meet manufacturing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must have basic mechanical and/or electrical skills and be able to operate hand and power tools.
- Must possess and be able to use basic hand tools.
- Must be able to remember multiple tasks and be able to communicate verbally and written.
- High School Graduate or Equivalent.
- One‑year related experience in a manufacturing environment and/or technical school.
- Majority of time spent standing on hard surface, with substantial amount of pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Position requires ability to frequently lift objects up to 50 pounds, perform mechanical/installation skills and hand‑eye coordination skills, walk, and stand for prolonged periods, see objects closely, and hear normal sounds with some background noises.
