Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Design or equivalent experience
Responsible for coordinating the development of prototype products as an individual contributor. Monitors overall development process for product line, acts as point person on development details with vendor partners, creates and updates seasonal composite sheets and classification charts, coordinates workflow of weekly updates to ensure composites are used as a timely communication tool with vendors, production, technical and merchandising teams, tracks development to assure execution is within time frames, and communicates design development details.
Typically reports to Product Development Manager; no direct reports.
- 3–5 years product design/development experience
- Costing analysis skills, management skills, category ownership skills
- Positive can‑do attitude
- Lives in NY or tristate area and can commute to the office
- Data entry & sample tracking skills
Must be located near Manhattan, NY as the position requires an onsite (hybrid) presence.
