Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Join a global manufacturer of specialized diagnostic products used in hospitals and clinical laboratories worldwide. The company makes medical testing products, including instruments and materials used to analyze blood samples. These products help doctors and healthcare workers make important decisions about patient care. This job supports the production and packaging of these products in a clean and controlled manufacturing environment, making sure they are made safely and correctly before being sent out.
Responsibilities- Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for inspection by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Fix or help repair machines and equipment when needed.
- Run production equipment safely and follow instructions.
- Pay attention to shift instructions, safety updates, and production information so work is done correctly.
- Keep accurate production records and write down test results for safety and quality checks.
- Talk with supervisors and coworkers to make sure instructions are clear.
- Help with basic machine troubleshooting when problems come up.
- Use computer systems that help track maintenance and equipment (CMMS).
- Follow production schedules and help meet daily goals.
- Look for ways to improve how work is done.
- Fill out forms, logs, and records carefully and correctly.
- Follow all safety rules and report any problems right away.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- You should have at least 6 months of experience working in a manufacturing or factory job.
- It helps if you have worked on a production line before.
- It is preferred if you have worked in a regulated environment like medical, pharmaceutical, or other GMP/SOP-based workplaces.
- You should be able to read and follow written instructions, rules, and safety procedures.
- You should be detail-oriented and able to follow directions carefully.
- It is helpful if you have basic experience troubleshooting or helping fix machines.
- It is a plus if you have used computer systems for tracking maintenance or work orders.
- You should be comfortable completing forms and keeping accurate records.
- You must follow all safety rules and work safely at all times.
- 1st Shift (6:00am–2:30pm)
- 2nd Shift (2:00pm–10:30pm)
- 3rd Shift (11:00pm–7:30am)
- 1st Shift (8:00am–4:30pm)
