Nesco Resource - - Responsibilities:
Operate Keyence vision inspection and measurement systems to perform dimensional and visual inspections on springs, wire forms, and coil products;
Verify product specifications using blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards;
Program, adjust, and troubleshoot Keyence measurement equipment as required;
Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections;
Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation
