Job Summary

Clear Channel Outdoor, installer union – responsible for safely installing production material on billboards, including vinyl products, and maintaining display sites.

• Safely installs production material on bulletins and posters, including vinyl products on billboards.
• May involve climbing structures that are 100 feet or higher.
• Checks site and reports any issues such as tree blockage and structural problems.
• Maintains sites – trims trees and shrubs, paints signs, clears debris.
• Lifts heavy objects, stands for long periods, performs strenuous physical labor, sometimes under adverse conditions.
• Reports landlord issues or complaints.
• Uses company‑issued equipment/system to read work instructions and input data after job completion.
• Takes photographs of completed job as needed.
• Ensures proper safety and incident procedures are followed.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL class preferred.
• Work experience:
  
  1‑2 years related experience.
• Skills:
  
  Highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions; works independently and in a team environment; high work standards and attention to detail; strong organizational and time‑management skills; competent in basic math; able to compose clear written documentation; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Competencies:
  
  Initiative, Adaptability, Planning & Organizing, Digital Literacy, Fostering Communication.

Regularly required to lift, pull, push, or position ladders, ropes, pulleys, material and equipment in excess of 85 pounds; climb ladders or stairs and work at heights of 100 feet or more; specific vision abilities include close vision and ability to adjust focus; perform work outdoors, subject to seasonal heat, cold, humidity, and temperature changes.
