Position Status: Warehouse Production Worker Probationary, Full Time, Hourly

Result‑oriented Production Worker responsible for arranging shipments of materials, inspecting and verifying goods, managing inventory levels of shipping materials and supplies, operating a forklift, and driving between the warehouse and manufacturing facilities. Will meet facility goals for safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.

• High School degree with 1-3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience
• Proficiency operating various forklift types, including cherry pickers, clamp trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks
• Valid driver's license and comfort driving company vehicles
• Computer skills proficiency
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures
• Exceptional work ethic, time management, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and spatial awareness
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

• Warehouse and manufacturing production environment
• Must remain on feet for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs
• Risk of injury on manufacturing floor and operating heavy machinery

• Salary for New York‑based applicants: $17.00–$19.00 an hour (compensation based on experience, location, and local legislation)
