Location: West Henrietta

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $25- $35hr

** Shift:
** 11pm-7am

** What's the Job?*
* + Diagnose and perform emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime

+ Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and mechanical service on production machines in a multi-shift environment

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

+ Maintain electrical schematics, instrumentation, and calibration documentation

+ Support operational excellence initiatives by applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of one year of hands-on experience supporting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics; vocational or technical maintenance training preferred

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess equipment performance and implement process improvements

+ Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with operating systems used in a manufacturing setting

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment while managing multiple priorities
