A&T Technician I – 1st Shift

Reporting to Leader, Performance. Working onsite in East Aurora, New York. Role focuses on assembly and test of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro‑mechanical valves, actuators, and systems.

• Perform assembly operations on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro‑mechanical components using electrical and mechanical measuring instruments, assembly tools, and cleaning devices.
• Carry out high‑reliability soldering and crimping operations on wires for complex sub‑assemblies, electronic, and mechanical assemblies.
• Read and work from drawings, worksheets, parts lists, and other documentation.
• Execute diagnostic rework on units that do not meet test requirements.
• Perform repairs on units that are normally run with production sets.
• Assemble hydraulic stands and complete assembly functions.
• Conduct testing following defined procedures.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions or training in English.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• At least 1 year related experience in a related technical field.
• Enrollment and participation in the company’s FAA Drug & Alcohol Program (required).
