What You'll Be Doing

* Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery

* Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions

* Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

* Collaborate with team members to support production goals

* Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

What Are We Looking For

* Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair mechanical systems

* Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding, and fabrication

* Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and procedures

Conditions of Employment

* Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

* Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
