Associate, Warehouse 1st Shift

Job Overview

As an Order Packer Shipper II, you will operate in the warehouse under supervision, handling receiving, sorting, storing, inventory, kitting, packaging, shipping, and inspection of products. You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting shipping deadlines.

• Receive, sort, and store incoming products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic inventory checks.
• Kitting finished goods, processing orders, and packaging for shipment.
• Inspect products for defects or damages before shipping.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, following safety rules.
• Provide ideas for process improvement and support team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong judgment, ability to balance multiple tasks, and prioritize.
• Willingness to work overtime on short notice.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Power Industrial Vehicle experience desirable.

Work involves lifting up to 40 lbs. Standing and sitting for extended periods; repetitive tasks such as moving and stacking.

Hourly pay: $21.00 per hour.
