What You'll Do

As a Label Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality labeling products used by businesses across North America.

In this role, you will:

* Set up, operate, and optimize label manufacturing equipment

* Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments to maintain production efficiency

* Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met

* Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs

* Accurately record production information using computer systems

* Maintain a clean and organized work area following 6S standards

* Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to achieve daily goals

* Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and productivity

What We're Looking For

* 2+ years of manufacturing, printing, packaging, converting, or machine operation experience preferred

* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

* Experience using measuring devices such as calipers, gauges, and rulers

* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

* Basic computer skills

* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

* High School Diploma or GED preferred

* Technical or trade school experience is a plus
