What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for reading, understanding, and following assembly processes.
- Assist in the setup of test equipment, leak tester and/or tensile tester; can leak test cuffs and run another test as required.
- Perform routine assembly operations, including soldering, using RTV silicone, epoxies; fold, label and box product.
- Use measurement equipment or be able to learn.
- Have good verbal and written skills, keep records, basic problem‑solving skills, and be able to train and work with a diverse group of people while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Lift 40 lbs while using proper lifting techniques.
- Work in various positions: standing, sitting, and on repetitive jobs.
- Consistently meet all productivity and quality requirements.
- Be self‑motivated with little supervision.
- Demonstrate good judgment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly.
- A high school diploma or equivalency plus at least one year of successful experience in assembly or a related functional area.
- Good mechanical dexterity and eyesight; can read, write and use basic math; maintain a high degree of accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment, including increased automation, changes in production methods or sequences, and rotation among workstations.
- Work well with others and actively participate in team problem‑solving activities.
- May be requested to work overtime as needed.
- Natural or corrected near‑distance visual acuity of 20/25 and the ability to differentiate between colors.
- Lift 40 lbs and work in various positions: standing, sitting, and on repetitive jobs/assemblies.
Pay rate: $21.00 per hour.
