• Operate the Bagging Machine according to established standards to ensure high levels of quality control are met and exceeded
• Feed rolls into the machine, staple the material, cut the strips to the appropriate length, and feed the staples into the machine
• Check material for defects, preventing jamming of the material as it goes through the track
• Change hydraulic system staplers (guns) with spares, if necessary, due to maintenance, while keeping the machine running
• Keep the machine stocked with material (rolls) and staples
• Receive replenishment stock from the receiving area
• Pull processed material (stapled) down from the machine at a proper length
• Finish each cartridge by setting up chipboard and tying the ends with rubber bands, place cartridges in the box, and set up for the track operator to close and finish packaging
• Set up chipboard each day to pull specific boxes for each contract
• Receive filled boxes and push down overflowing material into the boxes, and finish the box by stapling the top
• Set up empty ready boxes for pullers by stapling the bottom, stamping the right size, and stacking boxes into trucks or the stocking area

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
